Shipping, returns and refunds
Order is accepted when it has been placed in our web shop and we have received confirmed payment. We will process and ship order at the latest on the following business day after the order has accepted.
We generally try to ship your order latest next business day, but sometimes when we receive a lot of orders, it may take up to 2 to 5 business days.
When order has been shipped, we will send an confirmation email about shipping. Confirmation email will include tracking information, if available in the selected shipping method. We always try to ship as fast as possible. In there is a delay in shipping we will inform customer by email or phone.
Please note. We reserve the right to cancel orders where order shipping address doesn’t match the billing address of your payment.

Laura's Little Boutique UK ships only to United Kingdom.
ParcelForce (GLS) Euro Business shipping
ParcelForce (GLS) Euro Business shipping time is 4 to 5 business days from shipping. Euro Business shipping includes tracking. Packages are delivered to the customers address. Tracking information is sent to the customer in the shipping confirmation email.
Orders over £ 30 are shipped free with ParcelForce (GLS) Euro Business shipping. For orders under £ 30 the shipping fee is £ 5,90.
DHL Economy Saver shipping
DHL Economy Saver shipping time is 3 to 4 business days from shipping.
Economy Saver shipping includes tracking and shipment progress emails.
Packages are delivered to the customers address.
Tracking information is sent to the customer in the shipping confirmation email.
Orders over £ 30 are shipped free with DHL Economy Saver shipping.
For orders under £ 30 the shipping fee is £ 5,90.
DHL Express shipping
DHL Express shipping time is 1 to 2 business days from shipping.
Express shipping includes tracking. Packages are delivered to the customers address. Tracking information is sent to the customer in the shipping confirmation email.
The shipping fee for DHL Express shipping is £ 9,90.
For areas defined by DHL as Remote and where there would be additional fees, we reserve the right to change shipping method from DHL Express to EMS Express International postal service.
Returns and refunds
Our free returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software products and some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping your return
We offer free Returns Made Easy service. You request an RMA number for your return and we will send you an prepaid return shipping label.
Follow these easy steps to make a return:
- Request an RMA number at our Returns Made Easy page
- Pack the item you want to return in a box following instructions you received by email
- Print the free return shipping label you received by email
- Attach the shipping label to the box
- Call your local DHL for a pickup
- Add the tracking number to your return request, so that you will get updates on your returns travel
- That's it.
- You have 30 days from the day you received your order to request the RMA number.
- After you have received the return shipping label by email, you have 14 days to send the return. After that you can't use the free return shipping label.
- If you miss the 14 days return period, or don't want to use the free return shipping, you can purchase an affordable Return Shipping Service for 30 days from the day you received your order.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
